Kids Club Extreme 2024 • Life Church

Three fun-filled days of activities that include: Creative and interactive biblical teaching, an obstacle course, campfire cooking, a flying fox, a petting zoo, leatherwork and more! All done in a fully adult supervised environment on a bush property just outside of Clermont (transport provided, see below). Kids are dropped off and picked up each day.

Drop off and Pick Up

Clermont

Arrival Time: Meet at Life Church Clermont, 58 Capella St. Sign in opens at 8:30am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Pick Up: Parents are required to collect their children at 2:30pm each day from Life Church Clermont, 58 Capella St. On the Saturday pick up is earlier at 1pm.

Capella

We provide a FREE bus to and from Capella each day. The Capella bus will leave at 8:00am SHARP and drop off around 3:30pm, and 1:40pm on Saturday.

Once signed in, kids will be transported by bus to and from the Cook familys property, The Rock Access via 84 Peakvale Road, Clermont. Full adult supervision will be provided throughout the day. The kids will participate in activities in small groups with adult supervision per group. Port-a-loos will be available on site.

Food and Water

Life Church Clermont will provide all morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch. When registering your child, please note any allergies on the registration form and we will cater for these. Water will be provided on site. We ask that each child brings a water bottle that can be refilled on site. We provide plenty of hand sanitiser at each activity.

What To Wear and What To Bring

As Kids Club Extreme will be held along a dry, sandy, creek bed on a property, we suggest children wear enclosed shoes and sun protective clothing including hats. Please apply sunscreen to your children before bringing them. Please supply a water bottle for your child. We will provide and reapply sunscreen during the day.

As all food is supplied and all activities are included in the registration price, extra food or money are not required. We request that children don't bring toys, money or anything that could be easily lost. First Aid facilities will be available on site with a qualified First Aid officer. We also designate a team designed to assist children with additional needs throughout the day. Our first aid tent will be equipped with hand-held fans and sensory toys to help cool and regulate children if necessary during the day.

Sundae Sunday Service

As a part of our program we would love to invite families/carers and friend to enjoy a special Kids Club Extreme themed Sunday Service. This is a chance for the kids to perform songs and dances from camp and well also feature a montage of photos/videos from the three days. Its a great time to share your childs experiences with them. We will celebrate with FREE Sundae Ice Creams afterwards.

The Clermont service will be located at 58 Capella st (Life Church) 9am on Sunday the 7th and the Capella service is located 1 Langton st, Capella (Life Church) at 10am.

Registration

$60 per primary aged child for the three days. If you can only make one or two days ($20 per day) write ONEDAY or TWODAYS in the discount code. For larger familes we provide discounts of $30 off for three children and $40 off for four children. Just type FAMILYDEAL at checkout.

This cost includes all activities, transportation and food.

I understand that whilst every precaution will be taken to ensure the wellbeing and protection of the attendee, Life Church and its staff and leaders are hereby released from any liability in the event of an accident to my child/children.
